Overall PurposeResponsible for the development, operation, organization, and maintenance of the digital asset management system in support of enterprise-wide production efforts in support of the AT&T Brand Center. The AT&T Brand Center is our go-to resource for thousands of AT&T employees and external partners who need to access brand resources.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaintains the organization of all digital files, by utilizing database management systems, permissions and security level access to all digital asset software. Oversee tag library by adding new tags and removing outdated ones with the goal of increasing the search ability. Must be proficient in relative software skills and execution including Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. Considered the subject matter expert for all digital asset marketing materials.ResponsibilitiesMaintain all brand digital assets on the AT&T Brand Center:

Using data, regularly evaluate and update site taxonomy to best meet user needs as assets are introduced and retired

Assess asset properties like keywords and tags to improve site searchability

Manipulate assets as needed, such as creating new photo resolutions, converting to other file formats, creating relevant thumbnails of assets, and adding new files to existing compilations

As needed, archive assets to ensure they can be searched and retrieved as needed by site admins

Update site based on input from Brand team, or Operations Team analysis.

Modify visual inputs to correct sizes for site components

Create new pages and update existing pages

Create relationships across pages to contextualize training, assets, and guidelines

Support internal constituents who would like to add content to the Brand Center.

Monitor the Brand Support in-box and respond to user inquiries about content and site access.Regularly update site documentation, including operations manual, guidelines for submission of new content, and site author guides.Serve as liaison with Technology team to identify bugs and track fixes using JIRA or other internal tracking systems.

Train other site authors on how to maintain site.

Regularly conduct site audits to verify functionality and content

Evaluate reports on user activity to optimize site searchability by users

Write requirements for new functionality, participate on conference calls such as grooming, user story

Primary tester/evaluator of new functionality delivered from IT (test, respond, approve/reject)

Participate in special projects to launch additional site functionality or features as a subject matter expert in Brand Center user and system author needs
