Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing Technology focused projects (Packaged Software Delivery (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) or Security)
Experience in Agile or Hybrid delivery model
Experiencing managing a team of at least 5 people
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Preferred Skills:
LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) & SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Hybrid Agile
Minimum of 1 Certification from the below list:
PMP
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE)
Certified SAFe Agilist (SA)
Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
Scrum of Scrums / Complex ecosystem
Agile tooling suite background (i.e. Jira and Confluence, Rally, Agile Central)
Microsoft Office (i.e. Project, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
