Source and phone screened qualified candidates

Consult with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications

Develop, maintain and update a network of contacts to help identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool

Review and interview applicants

Recommend and negotiate employment offers

Track candidate activity and provide recruiting status reports

Must Have:

High school diploma or GED

Skills equivalent to six (6) to ten (10) years in comparable position

High volume recruiting of Field Technicians

Requires individual comfortable with following a consistent, organized process to include conducting all-day phone interviews, sending assessment, conducting pre and post-interview debrief with hiring managers

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Shift Start/End Time:Â TBD

Length of Assignment:Â 0-6 months
