DescriptionAre you innovative and experienced in Sales? OfficeTeam is currently seeking candidates for the position of Sales Executive Assistant, for a retail and sales company. As a Sales Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for assuring focused and productive communication with new and existing clients, external distributors and sales representatives. This position resolves inquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction. In addition, this position is responsible for different kinds of administrative functions including support for the VP of Sales, Chief Operating Officer and the President/CEO. This role is perfect for any candidate with excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and have the ability to support all levels of personnel as needed. Located in the El Segundo, CA area, this position is short-term, temporary, to full time.Your Responsibilities:

Maintain a strong relationship with existing buying assistants and staff

Provide sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of key account sales materials and information-including price sheets, key account recaps, setups and presentations

Communicate with the sales team for all information including price lists, price changes, collection changes, show information and presentations

Coordinate and book travel including flights, hotel, car and appointment schedules

Provide support for sales and marketing including lay-outs and verbiage

Help Prepare presentation materials

Update the status of key accounts

Manage the internal group calendar

Coordinate and respond to all requests of internal meetings

Assist in planning the calendar for all events, shows and appointments on a regular basis

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; degree is a plus

3-5+ years of experience with retail vendor portals

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Passionate, hard worker and well-organized detail oriented with power to prioritize and multitask

Strong overall computer/web skills.

Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality

Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in high pressure situations

Good liaison with all other department members

Strong attention to detail and accuracy and must be able to think ?outside the box?

Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
