- Interview process: Phone interview with Recruitment Manager first round, then video interview with Manager and team members as the final round.
- Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment, the primary responsibility of this role is to support the Talent Acquisition & Retention (TA) team's overall objective to provide an exceptional, full life-cycle recruitment experience for our internal customers and our candidates.
- The role will focus 100% on interview coordination (to start)
- Manage full life-cycle of onboarding process for assigned clients including interview coordination and communication
- Understand which issues need to be elevated to the Manager, Recruitment
- Partner with HR team members and hiring departments at all KARL STORZ North America companies and KST to ensure procedures and workflows are effective and efficient.
- Perform all responsibilities with an understanding of and respect for the complex organizational structure of the KARL STORZ companies.
- Perform effectively and efficiently in a demanding and fast-paced environment with agility to address changing priorities.

- Minimum education required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience supporting and working with a fast-paced corporate team.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within an HR or TA department.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with employees at all levels from executives to entry-level individual contributors including onsite, offsite and global.
- Ability to smoothly adapt to competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality consistent with a corporate Human Resources department.
- Practicing exceptional organizational, time management, administrative and customer service skills.
- Ability to use: - MS Excel - MS Word for offer letters (as a backup possibly to the other team member – not every day) - MS Outlook for advanced meeting scheduling, heavy emailing. - MS Teams for video interviews (we can train – any experience with video interviews preferred) - Applicant tracking systems HR related systems (they use Taleo TBE but you do not need to have experience with Taleo TBE. They will train you.)
