Main goals:• Drive strategic alignment on business and retail plans, as well as financial alignment on all levels.• Deliver commercial strategy and execution around the world• Preserve Licensor-company relationship around the world and ensure level of service regional/local teams are giving to Licensor counterparts is best-in-class• Ensure subsidiaries receiving level of support needed from Licensor and GBT to succeed• Drive revenue, profitability, and predictability for the companyKey Responsibilities:• Support on Business sizing and tracking. In Partnership with the Global Commercial Licensor team and/or Strategic Partnership team, identify mission-critical business analytical needs, build/ execute analytics, and report findings to functional partners.o Help with NPD analysis and Business Plan generation when neededo Host demand & match reports, along with Global Commercial analyses/forecasts in one hubo Monthly demand analysis across portfolioo Monthly match analysis across portfolioo Accrual & Forecast commentary templatingo Assist with POS reportso Provide recommendations based on analysis and findings• Communication. Support efforts to maintain, improve and standardize information sharing and communication between Global Commercial Licensor team and different stakeholders (Regional Teams, Management, and rest of functional teams):o Commercial Sigs creationo Commercial Communication and information sharing: Global Commercial Teams Channel Management/SharePoint.o Denote action items for Global Commercial cross-team market calls (e.g., China)• Support business development of small partners:o Help with active role in small licensor management including Cross Category Action Plan development, Financial Forecast management, Global POS performance and communication with Commercial teams around the world.Experience required:• 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or business analytics. Marketing• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to synthesize data into recommendations• Advanced knowledge working with Excel and PowerPoint. Communication Platforms Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Nice to have: Cognos Suite and Tableau platform.• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners• Independent, self-starter• CPG, toy, or consumer-facing industry experience preferred
