Network-Voice Admin El Segundo, CA (Need from Day one onsite) Contract Skills: Cisco Collaboration, Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco CallManager, Cisco Expressway, Voice Gateways, Voicemail
- Hands on experience on Cisco Analog VG224, Cisco VG310, Cisco VG202 & Cisco 2800, Cisco 2811, Cisco 2851, Cisco 3945, Cisco 3925 voice gateway
- Assist and approve of implemented Customer Premise Network/Voice Architecture
- Interact with client through scheduled operation call
- Flexibility toward BAU and Non BAU tasks
- Network/VoIP monitoring and troubleshooting
- Maintains various systems including Data VOIP, wireless and VTC
- Overall controls and processes of Voice Platforms
- Knowledge of Multimedia: Video Conferencing/Teleconferencing
- Knowledge of Avaya/Avaya Communications Service (ACU), Cisco VOIP
- Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, encryption devices, PSTN, DSN, ISDN
- Exposure to perform RCA on Major incidents and Proactive problem management
- Documentation and knowledge transfer skills
- Collaborate with offshore team and work with the team
- Assist in creation of product support and training documentation
