job descriptionMaintenance ManagerReady to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire maintenance team is consistently keeping the production facility running. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.Responsibilities-Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenanceand life-cycle requirements-Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency-Supporting productivity of facilities and personnel-Reducing or overcoming effects of natural disasters-Building Automation/Monitoring-Conduct and document regular facilities inspections-Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes-Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met-Prepare and track facility budget, monitor expenses and payments, and generate and-present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts,expenditures and purchases, develop and implement cost reduction initiatives-Advise on and monitor energy efficiency-Assure security of the facility-Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failuresThe essential functions of this role include:
