1+ years of experience as a multi-family/apartment Assistant Manager
Ability to provide top-notch customer service to residents with a positive, can-do attitude
Must be able to communicate at a professional level in-person, on the phone, and via email
Ability to work smart and effectively in a very fast-paced environment while meeting company deadlines
Ability to meet rent collection goals monthly
Highly-developed organizational and time management skills to perform all Assistant Manager duties timely and efficiently
Ability to meet property leasing and renewal goals
Professional appearance and dress code compliance required
Desire to be successful and grow professionally (We promote within!)
Computer skills with property management software, Microsoft Office, required. Experience with Yardi software.
Must be flexible with work schedule requirements
English fluency
