Telecom/Call Technician - Fairfield, CA (Most work on site required - some off site work allowed)Genuent has a need to hire a Telecom/Call Technician for the Fairfield CA location. Contract to hire after 6 months. Qualified candidates please apply or contact Qualifications:
- Working Experience working the Cisco VoIP Telephone system (version 12.x CUCM).
- Experience working with Cisco UCCX (Call Center). Change IVR Scripts.
- Experience with Unity (Voice Mail system). Add, delete, archive user Voice mail. Setup Unified messaging. Phone issues.
- Good Working knowledge of Telco and Cabling.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting
- Good working knowledge of analog lines.
- Add, Delete and Move User phones.
- Create new Call Handlers.
- Create Over Head PA system zones.
- Other duties as assigned by Telecom Engineer.
- Install and repair Headsets for Cisco phones
- Add a new Cisco phones.
- Add new users to requested phone numbers and add Voicemail.
- Move phones from one side of a desk to the other side.
- Voicemail password changes.
- Set up Unified messaging for Cisco Unity Voicemail users.
- Replace defective Cisco phones.
- Replace twisted handset cords.
- Replace defective patch cords.
- Troubleshoot Cisco phone problems including working with network team to fix network issues.
- Broken jacks in Cubicles and offices MDF's and IDF's.
- Install and repair Headsets for Cisco phones and Centrex line phones.
- Add and make changes to Call center phones, Agents and Supervisors.
- Change IVR Script settings for Call centers.
- Add new greetings, Add and Change Script options.
- Change forwarding numbers.
- Create new Call Handlers, Additions and Changes to Call Handlers.
- Trouble Shoot AT&T CO line issues with County Fire and Security alarm systems and elevators.
- Order and install new AT&T CO phone lines for users. Order AT&T voicemail for Centrex users.
- Work on Cisco phones, repair broken jacks.
- Install new cable, for the Sheriff Emergency Command Vehicle (MC1). Install wireless wall mount units for MC1.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine
- This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
