Responsibilities Include:Understand business segments, competitive pricing, market dynamics and customer needs.Work closely with stakeholders in field sales, customers, marketing, finance, legal, account executives, cross-regional counterparts, and partner with BU sales and pricing.Creates/administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.Drive process efficiencies within the pricing team and with stakeholders.Ability to operate with great flexibility and a high sense of urgency depending on market dynamics and business goalsThe ideal candidate will be business-focused, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, value data-driven decision making, and influence a highly technical communityStrong analytical and data management skillsStrong teamwork and communication skillsWilling to balance business goals and customer orientationProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Web quote/My deal experience is a plusRecognized role model for Cultural Attributes: Customer Obsessed, One-, Fearless, Truth and Transparency and Inclusion
