Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: Folsom, CA Duration: 6 Months contract Please note: This role will start as remote but will be on-site as restrictions are lifted. Must be local. This role will be much more customer support focused with some analytical skills needed. Strong Excel skills, strong office skills. Candidates should have strong customer support experience. What You'll Do:
- Assist in customer demand/supply/order processes to maximize revenue for the new company
- Become an expert on supply chain tools and processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and optimization
- Support global operations across cross-functional groups such as planning, sales, pricing and logistics to develop business strategies
- A data-driven thinker with an ability to think holistically, recognize patterns and develop creative ideas
- An open mind with a high degree of curiosity and a willingness to experiment
- A goal-oriented character who possesses grit and can persevere through adversity
- A deep level of emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal, empathy, and active listening skills

- Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields
- Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting with Microsoft Excel and others relevant to company processes
- High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
- 2 years of experience in a supply management role or related position
- Supply Chain Management certification
