Job Description:
  • Will work remotely until COVID restrictions are lifted.
  • Local candidates are preferred but open to candidates will to relocate at their own expense.
  • In support of the Sales and Marketing Group (SMG), the Data Analyst ensures successful customer profile management across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, etc), with a focus on alignment to master data strategy.
  • This is a global role, with accountability to stakeholders across a variety of regions and functional groups.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing and further defining the processes by which additions and modifications are made to the company’s customer information systems, and for facilitating adherence to data governance standards.
  • Additionally, while closely collaborating with stakeholders, the Enterprise Data Analyst is required to remain flexible to changes within a project/program.
Responsibilities:
  • Executes customer data synchronization across various systems to create and maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in customer profile information using a combination of defined processes, research, and critical thinking.
  • Works with the team, business reps, and IT stakeholders to develop standardized methods to process an array of unique scenarios that may be encountered.
  • Perform cross-system data analysis to drive customer data mapping and realignment exercises.
  • Provide frequent productivity/status updates to key stakeholders via written communication or verbal forums.
  • Deliver information or process gap feedback to business and IT teams for investigation and decision making.
  • Support the Resource Design Center team with any new tasks or projects deemed necessary to carry out business-critical functions.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree (not required but preferred) in a related discipline, such as Business, Management, Information Systems or Data Sciences.
  • 5 + years’ work experience with data management, process documentation, and complex problem-solving.
Knowledge and skills:
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in data management.
  • Process documentation and improvement.
Exceptional communication skills:
  • listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written.
  • Strong data mining, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to summarize key points of information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (must be highly skilled with Excel), CRM, enterprise systems.
