Job Title: Purchasing Specialist - Supply Chain Analyst Location: Folsom, CA Duration: 6 Months contract Pay Rate: $29/hr on W2 This is an on-site role, candidates must be able to start ASAP. Our Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a supply management role or related position
- Supply Chain Management certification
- Assist in customer demand/supply/order processes to maximize revenue for the new company
- Become an expert on supply chain tools and processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and optimization
- Support global operations across cross-functional groups such as planning, sales, pricing and logistics to develop business strategies
- A data-driven thinker with an ability to think holistically, recognize patterns and develop creative ideas
- An open mind with a high degree of curiosity and a willingness to experiment
- A goal-oriented character who possesses grit and can persevere through adversity
- A deep level of emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal, empathy, and active listening skills
- A highly organized individual who has a knack for planning and prioritizing tasks
- A professional communicator who can establish mutually beneficial networks and lead discussions
- Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields
- Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting with Microsoft Excel and others relevant to company processes
- High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
