- Coordinate with outsourced IT partner on:
- Network security and upkeep.
- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems to design and develop company productscontrol user access, setup, and passwords.
- Setting up new users via MS Office 365 and managing licenses online for employees (office 365 subscriptions, for example)
- Logs and tracks call using a database and maintain history records and related problem documentation.
- Serve as the company's primary project management lead when it comes to software and internal infrastructure.
- Plans and implements desktop and network projects for managed services customers.
- Performs project planning, scoping, testing, and implementation.
- Responsible for basic website design and maintenance.
- Assist with asset inventory, deployment, and support.
- Assists in selecting and implementing software in all functions of the organization as needed
- Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex issues to supervisor or technical staff.
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues, provide 1st and 2nd tier helpdesk support.
- Responsible for assisting in the health and maintenance of network infrastructure assets within the organization.
- Responsible for telecommunications and telephony services, both analog and VOIP services across enterprise networks.
- Maintains accurate IT asset inventory and provides reporting to CFO of all company-owned assets.
- Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
- Assists with recommending, scheduling, and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs, researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products.
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

- Understanding of the Project Management of basic PM Software, such as Asana, etc.
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies
- Proven leadership skills
