Day ShiftThis is a high-visibility and growing product line where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to one of our client's key future technologies. Their Intuvo, LTM, and Micro column operations will have a lively mix of scientific discovery, process improvement, and employee growth and development.Key responsibilities will include:Assembly production of planar columns while managing data and records in an ISO compliant environment.Operating computer operated production systems and metrology tools for quality measurements.Managing weekly production schedules and performs transactions in SAP for material movements.Solving workflow issues real time to ensure production equipment has minimal amount of down time and is producing a quality product.Work as part of a team including engineers, chemists, material scientists, production operators, material handlers and quality to ensure production objectives are met and continuous improvement projects are implemented.Contribute to root cause analysis to ensure failures are fully understood and prevented in the future.Manage and improve processes to enhance product quality, and maximize manufacturing efficiency and productivity.Qualifications:Ability to work with chemicals, mechanical production, and test equipment in a safe, clean, and knowledgeable manner.Ability to understand and work with computer driven processes.Effective basic math, verbal & written communication skills, and aptitude to follow complex instructions.Capability to adapt to changing priorities & provide observational feedback to process support groups.Strong attention to detail and Skill to multi-task and organize thoughts as needed.Ability to work independently, within a team. Talent for fostering positive work relationships.Ability to routinely lift and move 25 lb. loads.Willingness to work overtime as required and competence in planning and maintaining area throughput.Ability to proactively present opportunities for improvement.Preferred Experience:Direct experience with SAP or related ERP system for material transactions.Two years or more work experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment.Hands-on assembly experience, electronic device soldering, knowledge of multimeter.Lean Manufacturing experience and 6-Sigma familiarity or demonstrated knowledge.Demonstrated ability to drive and implement solutions to improve manufacturing throughput.Demonstrated ability to develop manufacturing tracking reports and or metrics.User level proficiency in Microsoft office products including Excel, and Word.Applicants must provide their phone number.
