- Each candidate must possess an active Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate. Responses should include verification of this certification.
- The candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of broad and extensive experience managing complex IT systems and integration projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity. For each project used to document the five (5) years of minimum experience, describe the following:
- Scope, timeframe, and costs of the projects within the portfolio.
- Strategic and business significance of the projects within the portfolios.
- The candidate’s role, including specific examples demonstrating knowledge and experience with PM principles, concepts, and practices.
- The candidate must have advanced skills, knowledge, and expertise in project implementation.
- Minimum of two (2) years or more demonstrating experiences with network implementation projects, including wide area network, local area network, and emerging network technologies of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Minimum of two (2) years or more experience managing and implementing large-scale multi-phase, including producing project schedules, status reports, and project plans.
- Experience must be within the last ten (10) years.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience utilizing relevant programs, such as MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of two (2) years or more experience with at least two device implementations similar in scope and complexity in highly secured/correctional organizations
- A minimum of two (2) years or more experience with at least two wireless network implementations similar in scope and complexity in highly secured organizations
