DescriptionRobert Half & Accountemps Salaried Professional Services is currently hiring Senior Accountants that would like a permanent consulting opportunity. Our Consultants work with multiple public and private companies for a variety of industries in the Inland Empire. If you are interested in variety, career growth and Fortune 500 Benefits, then this may be the job for you!Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: General ledger accounting, monthly reconciliations, assist with generating monthly financials in accordance with GAAP Assist with inventory management, including cost reconciliations and cut-off procedures Assist with generation of Sales Tax Filings Ensure proper filing of all state compliance requirements Investigate variances in actual versus forecast and provide resolutions Identify areas for improvement and strive for efficiency Assist with annual audit process with outside audit team Perform ad-hoc analytical projects Other tasks and responsibilities as assignedRequirements Have the ability to work effectively in different environments Are flexible and adaptable regarding changes in process and procedures Are detail oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines Exhibit individual skills of trust and integrity, self-developments, and problem solving Are able to communicate with the team and management effectively Bring high energy and positive attitude to every dayWhat you'll bring to the table: BS Degree in Accounting or related field required 6+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry Have experience within a high-paced environment, consumer product industry a plus Excellent Microsoft Excel skill Familiarity with ERP Software systems such as SAP, Oracle, Great Plains/MS Dynamics or JD Edwards is requiredIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply online.Accountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
