This position is the primary liaison for incoming and outgoing customers. This
position is responsible for maintaining all administrative and historical records of
vehicles assigned to the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP).Responsibilities: Receives processes transportation requests and coordinates with the supervisor for mission support scheduling
Monitors all vehicle usage to include all repair activities
Inputs data into the Fleet Management Information System (FMIS)
Prepares reports from the FMIS as required. Report information could include, but will not be limited to, vehicle mileage, reservation list, overdue listing, and billing summary
Respond to any priority mission upon request of the Installation Transportation Office
Sends daily reports to ITO which include daily deadline, daily NTC express schedules, additions or deletions of vehicles, accidents and vandalismreports, and Letter of Instruction (LOI) from Hospital runs
Responsible for accounting all GSA property to include all vehicles, government credit cards, wash tokens, and fuel keys on a daily basis
