- Works with Level 3 & Level 5 Vehicles. Level 3 is the Highlanders. Level 5 are the ones built up from the ground.
- They have Data issues. Data in various locations. They do not have an efficient way to pull it all together.
- This person will be using tools like Looker or Jirato pull relevant data, want someone with Jira experience.
- Build dashboards. Develop UX dashboards, Plus if created UX tools or have UX expertise
- FOCUS: A great deal of cross functional work. Can you work across cross functional teams? Pull data and translate data. Not so much concerned on which programming language they excel in. Working between a mixed Agile/Waterfall process.
- Automotive background is a plus but not necessary, Local candidates only
- Understand the data and tools that all stakeholders under Fleet Operations use
- Build, maintain, and improve a dashboard that tracks metrics to drive decisions, and that can answer the ‘So What?’
- Integrate existing tools with dashboard to enable automation across operations value chain
- Draw insights from data and create structure to report out insights to stakeholders at a regular cadence
- Establish relationships with Operations stakeholders to identify, diagnose, and address any data integrity issues
- Establish a standard for data trustworthiness in collaboration with the core Data Science team
- Create the foundation for predictive analytics and processes to help Zoox understand the tradeoffs between decisions around assets and resources
- Conduct market assessments of software and tools relevant to fleet management; lead the team’s transition to new tools that support Zoox’s growth and commercialization
- 3+ years of experience enhancing / automating data processes using ETL, analysis, and visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, HTML/PCP etc.)
- Demonstrated ability and excitement to understand details of new data tools and content
- Strong skills in SQL and large-scale data analysis (e.g. RedShift)
- Expert in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g. Python, SQL, R, Scala)
