• The PLM-SAP integration lead position is primarily responsible for integrating the production master data from Engineering PLM systems to SAP S4HANA along with implementing Procure to pay as part of the S/4 HANA - Supply chain enablement project.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with supply chain operations, and preferably a high-level understanding of SAP Master data (Material master, BOM, Routing), MES and PLM integrations. This person will be strong in corresponding business processes and related project implementation. The candidate will use in-depth analysis skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to implement effective solutions and provide support services to end users. Additional responsibilities include managing the development and maintenance of system documentation, procedures, and standards.

• Own the integration between SAP and PLM systems as part of a business transformation project. Should have strong experience in Product Lifecycle Management(3DX preferred) & SAP Integration
• Ability to work on enterprise solutions
• Opportunity to complete holistic solutions by defining functional design gaps and solutions for objects to add to the system integration
• Facilitate training sessions for the users where appropriate
• Ensure appropriate support and new development documentation is followed (i.e., scope, design, test plans, issues and cutover lists, project plans)
• Demonstrate effective team skills with strong oral and written communication on deliverables
• Must have worked on any one of the PLM solutions 3DX(preferred), Teamcenter, Agile, Windschill from an SAP integration perspective
• Facilitate the issue resolution process by tracking the status of issues in process.
• Flexible and able to adapt in a high growth environment. Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience
• SAP experience involving PLM integration for product master, BOM and routing
• Good understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PP (Production planning) modules
• Should have hands on experience of designing integrations with PLM systems
• Design and implement PLM Solutions by leveraging industry best practices to support the Organization's business needs
• Strong understanding in production and procurement master data such as material master, BOM, routing, Production version and Work center
• Experience in interfacing PLM and SAP systems using middleware/PLM connectors such as CIDEON
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Strong configuration and design skills to map the required business process
• Experience preparing and validating the field mapping for master data objects integration involving multiple systems.
• Familiarity with S/4 HANA implementation is a plus
• Strong tracking, coordination, and project planning skills
• Proven ability to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
• Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards
• Strong communication to work with end-users and management from across the company, and to collaborate with external consultants and vendors

• 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects with atleast 1 implementation focused on PLM integrations.
• Strong integration experience with Engineering systems such as PLM
• Good understanding of product management using Engineering change management
• Experience with SAP Engineering record is preferred
• Previous experience in Manufacturing / Automotive industry is a plus
• SAP Certification is a plus
• Working on enhancements to various PLM applications depending upon Business needs
