Function/Team Summary

Visa's Global Digital Payments Product group is responsible for identifying new opportunities that exist within the digital payment landscape, creating strategies that define Visa's participation in those opportunities, and delivering the capabilities required to capture those opportunities. Within that team, the Digital Platform Product function owns the product roadmap and is responsible for delivery of the platform and product capabilities for the Visa Token Service and other digital service offerings.

Essential Functions

Product Manager for Visa Token Service New Flows including: Token Form Fill, IoT, Merchant Domain Controls, and Token solutions for Visa Digital Ticketing. Write business requirements for new products, and enhancements to existing products. Develop presentation materials for reviewing with senior management, internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Regional Teams), clients (Issuers), and partners. Collaborate with integration and commercialization teams, and external partners, to launch product capabilities in different markets. Develop business cases and business justification that informs prioritization of the product roadmap. Work with technology teams to deliver and launch product capabilities in markets per product roadmap. Define and monitor KPIs for areas of product ownership and take action against insights to improve product performance. Work with the extended product team and cross functional stakeholder groups to execute against the broader product strategy and drive the usage and expansion of Visa tokens and digital product.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of workexperience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experiencewith a PhD

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevantexperience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevantexperience with a PhD Lead complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders Drive projects in collaboration with product owners and leaders of all levels Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize and communicate complex informationeffectively Develop product strategy, go-to-market plans, and product design documents (concept document,business case, product requirements) Lead collaboration with internal Visa teams e.g., regional teams, technology, client services, otherVisa product teams, risk, and other applicable groups) to define and execute a cohesive strategyrelated to a specific product or feature Cultivate net new and unique insights from a combination of expertise in product area, internalfeedback, external feedback and market research to provide perspective to the team and productmanagement leaders to inform insights and decisions Individual works autonomously with ongoing supervision from manager and leadership Advocate for the customer Demonstrate customer empathy Translate needs into product goals and features: Deep focus on data Set the vision, strategy, defines success (e.g., OKRs), makes decisions around Prioritization for releases and roadmap for next 3-5 years Enable whole product development team ships a great product Leads by influence, does not rule by hierarchy or authority

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department
