Project Manager

Specific Responsibilities: The Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing (PDM) Project Management contract position will assist with providing project management support to small molecule CMC teams. Primary responsibilities will include small molecule development programs but may include work on biologics, commercial programs and outsourcing teams depending on candidates experience. The Project Management contractor will collaborate with the following groups: Bulk Drug Substance, Drug Product, Analytical, Quality Assurance, Packaging & Labeling, Global Supply Chain, Clinical Supplies Management, Outsourcing, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Manufacturing, and the Corporate Project Team. The Project Management contractor will assist with management of multiple projects concurrently and will be responsible for maintaining and tracking various project activities, timelines, meeting minutes, action items, resource plans and other project documents as requested. Other duties may include contributing to PMO office and process improvement initiatives. Essential Duties and Job Functions: Completes assigned project management duties for multiple biologics or small molecule, biologics, development, commercial or outsourcing project teams under guidance of senior project managers Collaborates with the team to ensure continuity of supply for clinical studies and organizes team to execute on the corrective actions Develops and manages detailed project timelines for CMC activities Monitors project execution and adjusts plans Facilitates cross functional evaluation and endorsement of proposed changes and tracks approved changes through to completion Facilitates project communications, documentation, portfolio reporting and development of presentations to Sr. PDM Leadership under guidance of Senior Project manager Ensures project work complies with established practices, policies, and processes Duties may include management of PMO office improvement initiatives and maintenance of assigned PDM PM training materials Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and a BA or BS or 3+ years of relevant experience and a MS or MBA. Relevant experience consists of work in cross functional biopharmaceutical /pharmaceutical CMC development, GMP and regulatory affairs Excellent organizational skills, capable of setting priorities and delivering on commitments while, managing high workload Strong communication skills: written and verbal including oral presentation skills In-depth knowledge and skill with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint and other reporting/tracking tools Onsite Offsite: Onsite Have you already identified a candidate: No Pre-Identified Candidate result: End Pre-Identified Candidate
