This is the position for You!The Recruitment Marketing Analyst is a data-driven professional who has a passion for developing talent attraction plans and tactics, while leveraging both digital and non-digital channels to engage our target audiences.
In this role, you will create successful candidate attraction strategies to generate applications, and deliver short-term results while optimizing performance against a clear set of performance goals. You will own the execution of recruitment marketing strategy for multiple global markets, including profiling target candidates and identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively and efficiently attract diverse candidates. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to perform strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions. To be successful in this role you will need to both see the big picture and be able to execute rapidly.
This role reports to the Director, Talent Attraction within the TA Operations & Enablement COE. Proximity to a Visa Hub is preferred (Austin, Foster City, Denver, Miami)
As the Recruitment Marketing Analyst, you will:
- Develop and manage project plans, including documentation of strategy, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop email and nurturing programs to support the business and enable Talent Acquisition to attract diverse talent globally.
- Own the day-to-day management of lead nurturing campaigns that support hiring pipeline goals, diversity, and employer brand initiatives.
- Spend the time to deeply understand the Talent Acquisition organization and solve problems from their perspective.
- Enable the Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and hire the next wave of Visa employees
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications- 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree
- More than 6 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 +years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Proven Program / Project Management
- Demonstrated reporting and analysis; excel experience required
- Experience working with and developing candidate-centered strategies using the following platforms and tools: Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Talent Insights, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Daily Muse, Jopwell, and exploring new channels
- Experience working with Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to build and execute automated drip campaigns that drive conversions and support global business priorities.
- Experience creating high-impact reports, presentations, and employee centric content, deploying nurturing campaigns, and generating engagement through funnel-based content marketing.

- This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements:
- This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
