- Service now Implementation Specialist & Admin and Performance analytics
- Good platform knowledge Core module (Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, service portal from reporting perspective and table schema and joins.
- ServiceNow PA certification and Analytics knowledge plus good command on Dashboards related to ServiceNow data.
- Develop and automate Enterprise Scale ServiceNow Analytics dashboards and reports.
- Conduct white boarding sessions with customers to gather and refine requirements
- Design, develop and deploy actionable, responsive performance analytics indicators, reports
- Optimize visualizations Manage and maintain active dashboard solutions
- Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
- Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
- Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
- Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
- Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow and good database depth, data transformation practices.
- Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
- Prior 4+ years of experience developing BI/analytics Dashboard solutions Adept in advanced visualization in ServiceNow or similar database driven tools.
- Story-telling with all reporting metrics, Familiar with development methodologies, SDLC Experience in ServiceNow Data transformation, Reporting, Development and Implementation
- Expertise in building indicators, breakdowns, data Architecture, data cleanup , PA widgets , PA scorecards etc .
- Strong skills in data visualizations, transformations and maintenance of it.
- Glide Ajax, Glide Form (gform), Glide User (guser), Glide Record, Glide System, Glide Element, Glide Aggregate
- Querying the table by using Glide Record and very strong depth in data retrieval methods and complex join queries.
- Render forms, lists, UI Pages, and many other things in Service-now.com with the help of ServiceNow scripting.
- Web Service Integration with other reporting or RESTful APIs.
- Use of Import Sets for data loading, transformation from external file or database to the service-now.com
