What’s it all about?

The Client Implementation Lead is part of a highly skilled and motivated project team. They assist our clients to onboard onto the Visa SaaS systems offered by Token ID.

The Client Implementation Lead’s goal is to make sure the product onboarding is delivered in the production environment with all required configuration and in line with the customer requirements as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

This role makes sure all the technical client artifacts are properly reviewed and validated before delivery to the customer Visa Service (SaaS).

What we expect of you, day to day.

Tasks

  • Lead the customer kick-off call
  • Coordinate weekly calls with the Customer and Visa team
  • Navigate customers through VDP on Project Creation and answer customer questions related to VDP
  • Guide customers to upload SSL keys and answer customer questions related to SSL protocol
  • Coordinate Customer TRID creation with VTS, MC and Amex
  • Coordinate Certification Tests, debug errors, review logs, request support to Token ID Dev Team
  • Extract Debug/troubleshoot information from TGS Service
  • Perform first Tokenize test
  • Customer support during production ramp-up: coordinate calls with Customer support, design of launch plan, promotion to production (including sending promotion emails to client & stakeholders)
  • CIL supports Customer Support team in case of any incident during on call duty.
  • CIL takes priorities and direction from Program Manager
  • Handover to production support team
  • Attend technical calls with the Customer Development teams during Testing and Certification
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and related tools (Postman, SoapUI, Apigee, etc)
  • Project Management skills (follow-up, reporting status, identifying risks)
  • Willingness to take ownership of the project and follow-up with several internal and external areas to “get things done”
  • Customer oriented attitude

Skill set(s) required

  • Knowledge about Onboarding process & Visa Developer Portal (VDP) usage
  • Basic Understanding of Customer use cases
  • Customer facing (communicative) skills
  • High level understanding of Token ID Products and onboarding processes
  • Training/Presentation skills
  • Cryptographic knowledge
  • Knowledge of varying Token ID Product Use cases, API usage and usage of key material
  • Knowledge of Testing & Certification processes for all supported schemes
  • Knowledge of TRID request and configuration processes for all supported schemes
  • Partner facing (communicative) skills
  • Access to external partners (Visa, MC, Amex)
  • Knowledge of Key Management
  • Knowledge of Token ID support process/contacts
  • Planning skills

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of workexperience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with aPhD Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

Preferred Qualifications Self-Starter Energetic personality Positive attitude Team player Excellent verbal and written skills in English At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar job A hands-on attitude is crucial Preferred: Knowledge of SaaS product lifecycle Preferred: Knowledge of Payment systems Preferred: Knowledge of cryptography and HSMs Preferred: knowledge / experience of Java and related technologies

This position is open to locations in Foster City, San Francisco and Bellevue.
