- Project Manager with knowledge of the drug development process and expertise in managing multiple projects.
- PMO experience in managing multiple portfolios and programs preferred.
- Support implementation of a governance framework to prioritize projects and conduct program & portfolio reviews
- Assist in managing the functional portfolio of projects
- Develop a standard template for tracking projects using a project management system
- Define and implement project and portfolio reports from the project management system
- Define and implement process for tracking and updating project timelines, status, risks/issues and other project documents
- Develop and document the process for intake, review, prioritization and approval of project requests
- Organize project, program and portfolio review meetings. Document minutes, decisions, priorities and track action items
- Draft process and data flows to support scoping, intake and initiation of projects
- Develops training materials, and assists in training delivery to implement project and portfolio governance
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, programs and portfolios
- Experience in implementing PMO, project and portfolio governance
- Demonstrated ability to manage the project lifecycle using project management systems and tools
- Expertise in PM tools like MS Project, MS Project Server, etc
- Expertise in MS Teams, MS Word, and other MS Office tools like Powerpoint, Excel, and Sharepoint
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills and uses collaborative approach to solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to complete high quality work on multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Prefer experience working in Life Sciences and/or GxP environment
- Prefer experience working in Clinical Operations, Biometrics or Data Science
- Prefer knowledge of PMO and portfolio governance
- Prefer experience working with cloud infrastructure and applications
