Program Manager - SW Product Design Lifecycle The program manager will be running point on a Loyalty Program initiative. This person will work collaboratively across functional areas to plan & manage the delivery of key initiatives across the Loyalty Program. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple, interdependent workstreams & utilize best practices to manage/track issues, prep status reports/executive summaries, manage issue tracking, escalation/resolution & balance resource allocations.

Required: • Experienced PM. Willing to work as the sole PM to roll out a loyalty program. • Experience with SW product design lifecycles is a must have. (Web). • Experience with industries involving web products - Gaming would be the most ideal. • Experience working cross functionally with the web product team - engineering and design. • Experience working at mid-sized companies and wearing multiple hats to create strategic road maps. • Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies.

Pluses: • Experience with loyalty and/or rewards programs would be a huge plus. (Airline loyalty programs, credit card loyalty programs, casino loyalty programs). • Experience in a gaming, media, consumer web / mobile services company, or similar. • Experience and expertise using JIRA as a pm tool.
