10619 - SR. CORPORATE BRAND MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job SummaryThe Sr. Corporate Brand Marketing Specialist will strengthen Hyundai Autoever America’s brand by taking a best-in-class approach to positioning HAEA’s value proposition. A vital component of this role will be proactively identifying the best strategies to bring excitement and awareness to our brand in today's noisy world of digital content. This role will be part of the Corporate Planning team and collaborate with internal partners such as Human Resources to build consistency and incorporate brand standards, messaging, and markets to impact. The Sr. Corporate Brand Marketing Specialist will also support all aspects of the brand’s social impact portfolio including employee engagement, measurement, and evaluation of talent marketing initiatives but are not limited to the following:

Essential Functions
  • Develop, curate, and maintain presence/reputation content on a company website, social media, and job boards such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn for employee engagement and recruitment support.
  • Partner with the Human Resources and other internal stakeholders in developing employee value proposition and employer branding strategy to incorporate overall brand messaging.
  • Amplify the employer brand across all channels in design and message that ensures consistency with corporate brand standards.
  • Craft and deliver marketing plans centered on best in class market standard for brand promotion, candidate attraction, employee advocacy generation, and market research.
  • Analyze metrics, diagnose issues, present solutions, and optimize all sources, tools, and tactics for low funnel job requisitions.
  • Oversee ROI - measure brand awareness and recommend changes to brand strategy with clear KPI’s.
  • Proactively analyze evolving digital media trends, applicant behavior, recruitment trends including external benchmarking, and technology; review, recommend and provide insight into trends in the IT and labor market.
  • Monitor and respond to potential applicants through social media and other external channels.
  • Support cross-functional team in other branding actions as necessary.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field experience required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent work experience in employer branding, marketing, and/or other related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience launching, optimizing, and managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) in a large corporate environment.
  • Digital Marketing experience - content sourcing & review marketing materials.
  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of new social media tools, digital marketing products, platforms, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of marketing methods and strategies; planning, developing, and executing.
  • Strong knowledge of current trends regarding candidate or customer attraction tactics in the media landscape from an employer branding perspective.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote
  • Experience in tech space is a plus.
