Job Description
- Provide translation and localization for internal and external teams
- Manage client relationships and serve as a primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
- Collaborate with internalteams to implement and maintain appropriate project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions.
- Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.
- Aid in preparation of business materials and participate in client meetings.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business users.
- All business requirements need to be written both a business language and the technical language.
Qualifications
- Bi-lingual Korean required
- 5+ years of relevant experience andBachelor's Degree preferred
- Business Management, Information Technology, Big Data related educational background/ work experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking &Excellent communication skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills and BI reports
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects
