We are hiring an Instructional Designer for an Automotive company in Fountain Valley, CA. This is a Contract position to cover a medical leave but has the possibility to get converted, remote for at least the first 2 months then will be on site 100%. Hourly Rate will be up to $28/hour, can be somewhat flexible depending on the experience. (NO C2C or Sponsorship)
We are looking for someone with experience in:- 2+ years of direct experience in Web Based Training Development- Strong experience with Articulate Storyline courseware development software- Automotive Parts/Dealership experience preferred- Experienced with learning management systems, knowledge of AICC and SCORM standards and specificiations for web based e-learning preferredYou will be responsible for:- development/updating of web based training- development/conducting webinar training- development/updating of instructor lead training- assisted in the coordination of the training certification program and maintaining the training & certification system.
