- Align end-to-end technology strategies with business goals
- Manage technology standards across enterprise solutions
- Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problem.
- Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements
- Prepare and document testing requirements
- Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals
- Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementation.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
- Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Project management and leadership skills are essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as both technical and business knowledge
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
- Extensive knowledge and experience in developing business applications
- Experiences in AWS and Azure
- Experience with .NET to Java, .NET to Python transformation is preferred
- Experience with enterprise architecture and solution architecture is preferred
- Understanding of IT security, infrastructure, and governance
