Has experience as a technical professional well versed with application modules in one or more of the QAD Modules (Financial, Sales and Service, Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels and functional areas of the organization.
- Ability to effectively present pros and cons of solution alternatives to the business users to facilitate good decision making.
- Experience with application support tools, processes, workflows and reports.
- Experience supporting and/or upgrading the QAD, Qmobile and QExtend applications.
- Experience in high-tech, capital equipment manufacturers preferred.
