CAD Application Support Expert with 3-4 yrs. Mechanical Eng., Creo, NX, Teamcenter
Required Qualifications:• Experience on Application Support Teamcenter, NX, Creo, E3, Cadence• Knowledge of ITIL process• Support incidents related to Account Management, Application Installation, License, Data Deletion and Library Issues for NX, Creo, E3, Cadence• Support incidents related to Data Deletion, Account management, Data update for Teamcenter• 4+ years of CAD/Teamcenter support experience• Knowledge of handing application upgrade• Excellent written, verbal and presentational communication skills• Be the client's point of contact on all technical issues and perform high-level technical analysis and evaluation.• CAD Automation for Creo/NX will be added advantagePreferred Qualifications:• Experience on ITIL process• CAD Automation for Creo/NX will be added advantage• Excellent written, verbal and presentational communication skillsMinimum years of experience: 5+Vacancy expired!
