Computer Vision, Image Processing Algorithms Engineer for Medical Device Company in Fremont, CA
Responsibilities:- Design, prototype, develop, and test the machine-learning (ML) and deep-learning (DL) based image/signal processing algorithms.
- Design Python Algorithm tools for image/signal processing prototyping toolkits.
- Documentation for all phases of product development.
- Work closely with cross-function team such as regulatory, R&D, quality and marketing departments.
- Background in image and signal processing
- Experiences in image classification and segmentation
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow
- Proficiency in Python
- Keras and MATLAB a nice to have
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good development experience on Linux
- Technical writing and presentation skills
- Strong initiative and passion about new technologies with high energy
- Preferred:
- Advanced degree (either M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience with medical image/signal processing algorithms.
