Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: The Collaboration Technology team is part of the Enterprise Engineering Operations organization and is responsible for enterprise collaboration applications, event production, and video conferencing operations. Within Collab Tech sits the Enterprise Productivity team bringing structure to innovation: including the XR Hub, the Collab Lab, and Business Intelligence. The Enterprise Productivity Process & Standards Program Manager is a new role expected to understand the objectives of the XR Hub and the Collaboration Tech Lab and build processes accordingly. Work closely with Leadership to standardize how each structure will intake work, communicate progress and push innovation across the Enterprise. This role will work cross functionally across Collaboration Technology to streamline how new features and products are explored, considered, decided-upon, and rolled-out to the appropriate user-groups in the Enterprise. This role is the first full-time position dedicated to building processes and standards around how the Enterprise Productivity team will structure innovation and enable our initiatives to scale.Required Skills: Develop and document processes that support the Enterprise Productivity current operations and future growth.

Understand the cross-functional environment of the XR Hub and the Collab Lab and develop appropriate workflows, interfaces, documents.

Develop and maintain a communication process to target enterprise-wide engagement.

Own the creation and implementation of the change management process.

With XR Hub & Collab Lab leadership, determine the initial metrics used to measure the flow from idea generation to completion.

Build the processes that move features/ideas either to an operational team or to knowledge creation summarizing findings for future exploration.

Understand and incorporate enterprise operational requirements into the vetting and operationalization of innovations.

Seek and respond to feedback from cross functional teams about the standards required from each organizational structure, and keep leadership informed.

Effectively influence leaders and partners to gain increased alignment.

Use creative and lateral thinking approaches to problem solving, especially in ambiguous scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience managing complex programs in large corporate environments.

5+ years experience organizing concepts into plans, inclusively across partnerships.

5+ years experience implementing change management/workforce transformation.

3+ years experience driving process & structure into Operations organizations.

Preferred Qualifications: Building business intelligence, analytics applications to support process development and improvement.

Experience working at the pace of technology companies.

Experience with Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, Spatial Computing technology.

Experience integrating technology into an Enterprise Organization.

Experience building a vision and team from scratch.
