Anova operates global exchange to exchange connectivity and market data services through its wireless and fiber networks.Summary of Job Function: Anova is seeking an entry to mid level contributor who will be responsible for assisting with the support, design, and implementation of low latency networking devices and internal software tool development. With other members of the engineering and product development teams, this person is responsible for the quality deployment and support of existing and new FPGA based offerings. The candidate must be team-oriented, creative, and have excellent technical, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ideally, the candidate must have a solid foundation in Computer Engineering/Science in order to analyze, develop, validate, and assess the performance of the FPGA platform services. They should have the ability to provide feedback/solutions to enhance the product offering.Key Responsibilities:

• Use the latest industry tools to create FPGA designs in Verilog, System Verilog, and VHDL for low latency networking devices, including architecture development, simulation, implementation, and finally testing and release.
• Rapidly prototype with release cycles as quick as a day-to-day basis.
• Use networking test equipment to test designs both in lab and remote field environments.
• Use source control tools such as Git to aid in design process.
• Work with a variety of development tools in a mixed Windows/Linux environment.
• Write scripts in Python, Bash and TCL and design software tools to aid development process.
• Setup networking lab equipment.

• Currently studying or attained a bachelor degree in CS, CSE, EE, or a related field, some experience is preferred.
• Experience using C, C, or assembly, preferably to design low level or embedded software either professionally or in an educational environment.
• Experience with Verilog or VHDL not required, however must have an interest in and willingness to learn.
• Experience using common Linux command line utilities.
• Experience with source control systems.
• Understanding of basic electronics circuit theory.
• Lawful employment in the USA on a permanent basis without sponsorship or representation
