- Looking for strong candidate to provide consultation and drive a design approach to help develop clients training program.
- Gather training requirements and create online learning modules and training materials that engage the audience.
- Develop training assets by creating job aides and FAQs for IT systems
- Improve training performance support site design to encourage user adoption.
- Coordinate instructor-led training classes by scheduling classes, enrolling students, preparing class materials, tracking student attendance, running reports, handling classroom logistics, reviewing skill tests.
- Support online learning programs, through adding students to the learning management system (LMS), enrolling students in courses, updating student progress, running reports.
- Maintain the GIS Intranet website; communicate with key stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Create training surveys to evaluate effectiveness of training programs; analyzes survey results and improve training programs.
- Project Manager Experience is required.
- Experience with instructional design/training with a PLM system, such as Windchill, Agile, Dassault Systems, Teamcenter.
- Program management experience with the industrial design experience.
- Voice-over services experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 3 years of experience with instructional design and training development
- Experience with website design
- Experience using e-Learning learning tools such as Camtasia – Captivate or Adobe presenter
- Knowledge of learning management systems and experience developing e-Learning courseware delivered through an LMS.
