- Responsible for assembling and /or producing products according to detailed manufacturing processes. Accountable for adhering to all quality and safety guidelines.
- Perform medical device assembly work using microscope and small hand tools such as tweezers, and razor blade in a cleanroom environment.
- Understand and apply all manufacturing procedures and other necessary documentation as it relates to the product line.
- Work with assigned equipment and recognize mechanical problems as they arise.
- Performs in process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products. Assist with basic maintenance on tools or equipment and advices supervisor of needed repairs.

- Must strive to increase productivity.
- Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures.
- Experience using medical device equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Experience: 2 - 4 years related experience; previous experience in medical device assembly; Solder experience; and General knowledge of cleanroom practices and procedures.
- Experience with microscope use in assembly of small components: using tweezers, electronic assembly, nails, razor blades, hand eye coordination skills, etc.
