Role Description: The senior

Systems Support Analyst must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Required Skills: - Inventory and Logistics Applications User Support - Inventory and Logistics Transactions - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Metrics - Communication and Service Governance

Qualification: Skills and Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Info Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain or equivalent experience - Proficient in SQL, write queries to pull data and build ad-hoc reports for analysis/issue tracking (must have) - Experience in system support and be able to perform root cause analysis to find out if it's a system issue, operation issue, master data issue, etc. - 2-3 years of ERP system experience with specialty in inventory management/logistics/supply chain (preferred) - Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Tableau or similar data visualization tool is required (must have, skills in any of the data visualization tool is acceptable) - Must be detail-oriented and ability to scrutinize for quality of response from the stakeholders - Enjoys operating in a fast-paced, team environment under time constraints - Proven interpersonal skills, comfortable with maneuvering different modes of communication to extract information

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
