Role: Servicenow Salesforce BA Location: Fremont, CA (Day1 Onsite or Hybrid Model)\ KEYS TO PLACEMENT: Servicenow 8+ years as a Business Analyst Must have Salesforce Service Effectively communicates with all stakeholders (internal and external). Acts as liaison between business users, other vendors and IT counterparts to capture functional requirements. Lead and manage user acceptance testing activities to ensure the solution meets business requirements and new functionality, enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality. Support business transition management, communication, and training Ability to work effectively in a team environment with onsite, and remote resources Ability to engage in all phases of a project to ensure that the C&D Salesforce Service Cloud solution meets all business requirements based on Functional Specifications. Ability to examine issues both strategic and analytically, challenging and proposing alternative solutions where applicable.
