- 3-8+ years of industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with shop equipment, machining, TIG welding, sheet metal fabrication.
- Fuel cell, power generation, or automotive background preferred.
- Interest in clean energy and excited to work on novel technology.

- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Hands-On Building of E/M Machines (Test Stands, which are not the company product), but stands need to be built to test and maintain the company's product line, which is SOFC/Fuel Cells.
- Electronic Troubleshooting to System/Component (Sub-Systems) Level of entire units. (Not PCB's/Not Bench Work).
- Maintain test stands, and therefore keep stands in great operating condition to test more actual product. After Building Stands:
- Operate and test products.
- Monitor Temperature Signal Flow Rates.
- T/S Mass Flow Counts - 0-5Volts/4-20MiliAmps.
- Should be able to ask: Is the control architecture Voltage or Current
- Work from little or no documentation in a start-up environment. Must be able to take basic engineering management input and get right to work on T/S. Will not be working from illustrated or written engineering manuals or online guides.
- Test and validate next-generation Power Module products.
- Fabricate prototypes – Hands-On. Build and test prototypes for R&D, product demos, and DFM (Design-for-Manufacturability).
- Fabricate prototype components and test fixtures.
- Work from/interprets engineering fabrication drawings and electrical schematics.
