- Demonstrated project management experience in business process improvement design/re-engineering.
- Experience developing and managing system solutions to meet business objectives, developing systems and business process strategies, developing business and technical specifications, performing system/user acceptance tests, and developing/delivering training material.
- Skilled facilitator with cross-functional teams, possessing business process, software and industry knowledge.
- Proven leader, managing cross-functional global teams of 10-15+ members at various levels of the organization.
- Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have minimum of 4-year BA/BS technical degree or equivalent with 10-15+ years related project management experience within wafer equipment or other related high-tech industry.
- Prior work experience/knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and support of systems deployed to customers, as well as product/Bills of Materials (BOMs) structures.
- Possess an effective, results-oriented collaborative approach. Demonstrated effectiveness in leading and managing cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex problems with cross-functional orgs and potentially conflicting business needs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to create and deliver presentations at peer and/or executive levels.
- Experience working with projects involving 3rd party software suppliers.
- Familiarity with model-based visualization software a plus.
