We are interviewing for a temporary

Core duties and responsibilities include:- Plan and assign work to ensure service level and other standards are met
- Provide advice and oversees configuration and implementation of ITIL methodology
- Oversee completion of first and second tier level technical support
- Respond to and resolve or facilitate the resolution of complex issues
- Execute and monitor business plans; assist in the development and monitoring of department budget.
- Develop and report End User Support and Service Management KPIs and Metrics
Required skills and qualifications:- Bachelor’s in Information Systems Management or related technology field
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification required
- 2-4 years in a supervisory or lead role
