Looking to find an employee who is honest, trust worthy, on time, organized, communicates in a professional and respectful manner, is computer literate, and maintains a clean work environment.
-Attention to detail, problem solving, and multitasking
-Maintain up to date billing system
-Assist with invoices and letters
-Answer, screen, and direct busy phones
-Greet incoming clients
-Sort incoming mail and prepare checks for daily deposit
-Responsible for items delivered and picked up
-Assist other departments with projects
-Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
-Can Multi-Task while working in a fast paced environment
-Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Other Miscellaneous Clerical Duties
Company is a small business looking to grow.
Position can start out as a part time 4-6 hours a day and/or be a full time if desired.
Pay $12.00 to $14.00 an hour
