We are an established, full-service, construction clean-up company seeking an assistant supervisor to help the Team Manager with day-to-day operations, teaming up to oversee up to 20 employees consisting of laborers, janitorial cleaning crews and drivers. The job will also involve interacting with customers (construction jobsite supervisors), various vendors, co-workers, company management and other entities involved in the business.
Duties may include assisting the manager in planning the crew's schedules, truck routes, fleet and equipment maintenance, and reports completion. Construction industry and bilingual (English/Spanish) a Plus! Must have management experience, a strong work ethic, professional conduct, attention to detail, concern for safety, ability to use a computer, complete and understand documents, and be insurable for driving a company vehicle. Full Time Mon-Fri schedule (shift starts at 6:00 AM) with some overtime and potential for advancement. Submit resume to apply.
