Qualifications we are looking for:
Experience reviewing and estimating construction plans.
Knowledge of the building code.
Experience reading and reviewing steel building drawings is a plus.
AUTOCAD experience is a plus.
Experience in design-build construction is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
Great communicator and team player.
Character.
Responsibilities will include:
Estimate project cost, change orders, review and approve sub-contractor proposals and invoices.
Coordinate with in-house staff and sub-contractors during the construction process.
Read and review in-house plans for conflicts/errors.
Order steel structures.
Coordinate local utility: submit application for connection.
