Parts Customer Service Representative (Madera, CA)

Volt, in conjunction with a well-established manufacturing company in Madera, CA, is seeking an experienced, positive individual who will contribute to the success of the company by establishing and maintaining excellent client relations. The PartsCustomer Service Representative receives and processes to completion customer inquiries, orders and concerns. An ability to blend excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail is key to success in this position. MUST HAVE auto parts or manufacturing parts CSR Experience. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer phones when front office is unable to do soTake orders from customers over the phone, email, and in personProcess orders into computer systemMake sure parts are in inventory or give a lead time for back orders to be completedFollow up with customers when neededAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamicsSkills and SpecificationsREQUIRED - Auto parts or manufacturing parts CSR Experience1-2 years? experience in warehouseHigh school diploma/GED preferredGreat team player as well as ability to work solo Excellent organizational and time management skillsBi-lingualAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Communication is key here Other Skills/Abilities which will ensure success ?
