The Program Director provides leadership and management to all aspects of Behavioral Day Program for adults with intellectual disabilities in Stockton. Responsibilities include organizing and supervising the operation of the assigned service program, oversees the areas of budgeting, program design and implementation, staff development and training. Ideal candidate demonstrates ability to communicate, lead, provide customer satisfaction, network and build relationships, maintain fiscal responsibility, develop company culture, and maintain a healthful safe environment.
Required Qualifications:BA/BS Degree in psychology, social work or a related human services field and a minimum of one-year experience in the management of a human services delivery system; Or Three years experience in a human services field including at least one year in a management or supervisory position and two years of experience or training in a licensed adult day program or adult day health care facility.
Valid California Driver's License, good driving record, vehicle available for use daily, valid automobile insurance, must meet California Community Care Licensing personnel standards including Department of Justice background check.
