We are looking for a dynamic executive sous chef at a high end retirement community. This position will act as the lead in the kitchen under the executive chef. Please have at least 5 years experience and understand the fundamentals of a very busy kitchen. This location has all levels of living and multiple dining outlets. Experience in resorts, hotels and/or health care is great. This position requires great leadership and the ability to lead a diverse team.
